Brandon has a deep love for TTRPGs and has been a DM since the early 90s. Brandon is fascinated by their systems and loves to blend them together to create compelling stories and memorable experiences for his players. Brandon has built several small programs intended to to help game masters by generating random NPCs, settlements, planets, solar systems, and factions on the fly. There is a point where simplicity, engaging, and deep gameplay meet that hasn’t been fully realized and he hopes to aid in that endeavor.

Brandon has spent the vast majority of his working life in hospitality and accounts management, so the thought that he could ever transition into a programming role creating something he has loved since childhood was previously unfathomable! One child and a global pandemic later he has added an advanced diploma in Game Programming to his BA in Classical History.

Brandon primarily uses C# and Unity, but also has experience in C++. He has built several small games including 2D platformers and horde shooters, 3D first person hack and slash, 3D tower defense, and his greatest achievement to date a 3D educational math game, that his 5 year old loves!

If you need to find a creative solution to your gameplay challenges, or need the eye of a skilled problem solver who absolutely does not quit until it works, look no further.

Tyler always planned to be a game developer, and got close back in 2012 working at Demonware (an Activision subsidiary). Tyler’s time at Demonware was spent focused on the online services aspects of running a large scale multiplayer game. This experience eventually led to a 4 year stint at Uber with broad exposure to Networking, Storage, Security, and SRE. An international move, some more Software Engineering jobs that never quite fit right, and 1 child later, Tyler is making another push towards being a game developer full time.

Tyler has taken an interest in a game engine called Bevy, and the Rust programming language. If you are interested in working with Tyler on a game project, or you’d like to tap into Tyler’s broad knowledge of most things from the Linux Operating system all the way up through to Content Delivery Networks don’t hesitate to reach out. Tyler may not always know the answer immediately, but through meticulous requirements gathering and sheer force of will you won’t be disappointed in the answer that is found.
